Before Pairwise, Dan spent more than two decades at the intersection of agriculture and deep tech, most recently as Global Business Lead for GenAI at Bayer Crop Science, where he helped launch the E.L.Y. GenAI platform and co-founded the AI Agribench Consortium:using AI to make decades of agronomic expertise instantly accessible to people on the ground.  His earlier roles spanned strategy, seed growth and horticulture leadership across North and South America, giving him a front-row seat to how climate change and shifting consumer expectations are transforming agriculture.
